Identify and solicit sponsors for the Chapter and Special Events.
Build and maintain chapter membership, and develop and implement strategies for recruiting and retaining Chapter members. Sub-Committees include: Designation Promotion, Active Membership, Candidate Guidance, Professional Organization Outreach
Generate quality programming of an educational nature. Generate networking opportunities for our members virtually and in-person.
Promotes and provides education opportunities throughout the year for CI and other educational programs.
Monitors and reports on critical legislative issues to the Chapter.
Scholarship/J. Keepper Society
Consists of past chapter presidents to promote student memberships and provides mentoring and scholarships.
Provide content for our members and sponsors through social media and our website. Improve communications to members, public and media. Sub-Committees include: Website, Social Media, Media Press
Develops programs to engage and mentor students in university real estate programs and foster their growth from student to CCIM Designee.
Work with CCIM Institute on a program; develop a mentor/mentee program. We will strive to embrace diversity through education, awareness and business practices.
