Simon Enwia, CCIM Announced as CCIM Illinois Chapter 2027 President-Elect
CHICAGO, IL – The CCIM Illinois Chapter proudly announces that Simon Enwia, CCIM, has been named 2027 President-Elect of the Chapter. Simon’s selection reflects the Chapter’s continued commitment to strong leadership, strategic growth, and advancing excellence within the commercial real estate profession.
Simon is the CEO and Designated Managing Broker of SENW, where he leads a full-service, AI-enabled, multi-state brokerage. Licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida, Arizona, and California, Simon has led high-value transactions across industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use properties nationwide. He is a national broker focused on data center development sites, providing owners of powered land and industrial sites unparalleled value.
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Simon also holds the CIPS, GRI, SRS, ABR designations and is a Member Associate with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). His career includes leadership roles in redevelopment, general contracting, and real estate investment trusts (REITs), including notable contributions to the digitization of REIT securities.
Simon currently serves as Director-at-Large for the CCIM Illinois Chapter, 2025–2026 Institute Affiliate Director for the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS® (NICAR), and a Board Member for the RED Awards. His professional volunteerism is deeply rooted in advancing commercial real estate education, including serving as a mentor with both the CCIM Institute and the CCIM Illinois Chapter.
Simon is a strong advocate for expanding access and opportunity within the commercial real estate industry. He is also AI Certified in Real Estate by the RRC and holds the e-PRO®, AHWD®, and C2EX® REALTOR® endorsements, underscoring his forward-looking approach to the profession.
In addition to his brokerage and volunteer leadership, Simon is an avid writer, recognized speaker, and frequent contributor to Real Estate and Technology conferences. He has been featured in numerous publications and maintains an active presence across social media platforms, where he shares insights on commercial real estate, technology, and leadership.
On advancing CCIM Illinois’ leadership in education and investment analysis amid a changing market and rapid tech innovation, Enwia said, “The CCIM Designation is the gold standard in commercial real estate for knowledge, network, and disciplined analysis.
